Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between users and service providers is carried out on a voluntary basis through the reaching an out-of-court settlement agreement.

The General Conciliation Commissions promote agreement between users and service providers in disputes over contracts for the sale of products and the provision of services.

The General Conciliation Commissions are established and operate on a regional basis, in our case, the General Conciliation Commission with its headquarters in Burgas and the area of responsibility of which includes the entire region of Burgas is competent to resolve disputes between the service provider and the users.
